exactly!! in the probably x hundred or so times ive been stopped for street drinking/drinking in a car (not DUI) or whatever over the past 15-20 years, every single time they have made me pour it out or at least scull the fark outta it before binning it.. never once have they taken it back to the car, ever!!!

it could be a setup though, mate of the cops getting him to hold his beer etc.. Hell ive got plenty of copper mates that I could totally f*ck over by taking a photo in certain instances hahaha.. VK cuttin nuts at a malaga intersection with a uniformed copper in the passenger seat mwahaha bring it on..
