Do intend on running it next time without fog.light but no expecting much difference. Tuner also cut slots in inner wheel arch to allow more air to pass through

In my opinion is will affect box operation ever so slightly. Will the driver notice it ? Probably not. Will it shorten the life of the box? Maybe... But by how much is anyone's guess and pulling apart two high km boxes for comparison would be about the only way to begin to get an idea. But my opinion is pressures under certain conditions will be different to factory with all the aftermarket lines and fittings being a different size to factory. These boxes are super sensitive to pressure changes at different temps. So it's definitely something to keep in mind.
old_mate Member 767 Member For: 18y 9m 28d Gender: Male Location: Brisbane Posted 24/02/14 01:33 PM Share Posted 24/02/14 01:33 PM I almost wish I had have kept it stock to see how far along it went but 2 years and 40,000ks at 300 then 380rwkw still shifts like a new one. And I run martini fluid. Will probably rebuild the box within the next 12 months as preventative maintenance and to beef it up for E85 will no doubt post up findings when its apart. Should have clocked over 150k total by then

If not you'll cook the auto.

Came in a kit from the same guy. The coolers he supply's are a touch too wide to go behind the right fog light in a BF neatly. I had to make it fit. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/1123205746 Edited 06/10/16 10:06 AM by ROB83R
