you can, but why ? Most piggy backs around here have been consigned to doorstops.

Great results with flash tuning the existing ECU ( aka edit )

If you're only after small power upgrades, then a piggy back may still be a valid option. As someone has already said, you can pick up a second hand unit and save yourself the cost of a flasher unit. I was very satisfied with running a unichip for a number of years. One thing to factor in is the piggy backs won't enable your tuner to adjust auto trans shifts.

back in the early days I ran a Uni-Chimp with an APS phase 2 kit, at the time it was great. You had 2 choices Excede or the Chimp.

Basic mods you could run a 12. That's nothing compared to an edit custom tune only.Yeah you might save a few bucks on purchasing a piggy V flash tuner, but you still have to get it tuned and fitted for a lesser result.

im with buf phoon, you can pick a 2nd had flash box up for just over the 300 mark, you would want to get the piggyback for next to nothing for it to be the better path to go down imo
