Old Guy Rolled Back Into Me

so anyway last wednesday I had a hire car for the day since I was getting my car retuned and on the way home whilst sitting at a set of lights on the princess highway some old bloke rolled back into and put his tow ball into my bumper ..

I sounded the horn for a good 10 secs while he was rolling back and even put my car into reverse to try and avoid him hitting me the old basted just kept on rolling and drove off I followed behind him for a good two km down road yelling out the window for him to pull and when he finaly did he asked what was up

I said you rolled back into me at the lights and your truck is over loaded can I have your details ... he said and sorry if I did but reckons he just rolled back and didnt hit my car after a few mins of talking he said ok maybe he did sorry and when the insurance company calls he will acept fault I thank him and get on with my trip thinking besides him driving off he was a nice old man

that was untill today when the hire car campany called me and said the old guy reckons I run up his ass at the set of lights and smelled of beer all of which was complete crap anyway I lost my f*cking mind and asked for the old *beep* number which the place gave me and explained that if he doesnt ring back and tell the truth im going to kick your f*cking head in remember I know where you live asshole and besides that why the hell are you not telling the truth anyway

I said I done the right thing by you by not reporting a hit and run and I didnt call the police even though im pretty sure you had been drinking beer in the truck while driving and you tryed to f*ck me

from now on im going to trust nobody no matter how old and nice they seem

at least me losing my mind made him call up and change his statement anyway and accept that it was his fault

has anybody else been done like this it made me so mad

GOLD! I had similar many yrs ago, guy in a 2 litre Cortina pulled out, I had right of way, I smashed his front guard onto his drivers side front tyre with my TT350.

Promised me the world while I was laying on the ground, I was very very lucky, I just had a massive dead leg from smashing my thigh into the front of the car.

I rang him next day and he was like, awww if I admit guilt you`ll sue me..

I said look junior, you buy me a pair of handle bars, a throttle and a pair of fork boots and we`ll do up an afadavit saying I won`t.

This isn`t America.. It`s un Australian not to stand up to ya responsabilty.

Not me personally, but a mate of mine had an accident where someone hit him from behind.

Guy gave my mate fake details ie number and address. then when my mate finds the real details the *BEEP* has a go at him for ringing him up and finding details on the guy!! my mate used to be private investigator or something hahahaha

The the guy wanted to just get some fly by nighter to do the job... my mate had none of that. finally got it sorted.

But the cheek of the dude. argh
