if the car is stock, you need to get a manual processor code applicable to your car flashed into the PCM. Ford can do this. If the car has been tuned your tuner should be able to do it.

have you got the car running yet?

if not you need to know if it is a 3 letter ecu, or 2 letter ecu that was originally in the car

if it was originally a 3 letter ecu, I can give you a code to give to ford, if it's 2 letter then I have it encodeded in my ecu, but that wont help you much..
