My drivers door moves as I drive along a country road, and in turn makes an annoying rubbery sound near my right ear as I drive. Really annoying! I sent it back to Ford and they adjusted it under warranty, but still no cigar. Silicone spray fixes it temporarily, but its effect doesnt last more than a day. Has anyone managed to find a solution to this noise? Sick of carrying a can of silicone spray in the car with me!Cheers

The only ways to stop it are; 1. Slip a triple folded business card up into the corner once you close the door, or 2. Put some of that stick on black foam rubber from super cheap along the outer edge of the upper door rubber, or onto the top of the door frame where the door rubber compresses against the body. It stops the phwt phwt phwt phwt but looks pretty ordinary. Ford needed to make the rubbers a couple of mil thicker because you can't even adjust the door in any closer.
