In terms of looks a BF Phoon puts it right into Panda's eye IMO edit. If I was to buy an FG it certaintly would not be a T or a Phoon.Blown GTE all the way pour moi

The F6 is not gonna be as comfy as a daily driver and will age pretty quickly compared to the current model.

The advice was appreciated. I drove both the FG XR6T and the BF F6 and struggled to make a decision. The BF felt more aggressive, the FG more lively. In the end I did the unthinkable and signed up for a 3yr lease to own on a brand new Fg F6 which basically consumes the money I would have spent on either the BF or FG XR6T but over the course of 3 years and leaves a relatively small residual at the end of term which I can either pay outright or finance. So, the deal is done. Flying down to Christchurch next Wednesday to drive the new baby home. The BA will then begin a somewhat dramatic transformation but that story will develop as I progress.
