Just like your big dogs, whateva, could be some kids thing...Anyway, everybody can vent and this is a perfect place to do it, but suggestions of baiting etc aint funny, esp if you've had it happen to you....We had a situation with a yappy dog next door. Approached the neighbours and they tried to sort it. Happened again, then once more. They ended up getting rid of the dog as they couldnt sort it and they knew next step was council.We never had to get stroppy, or unreasonable. Just worked through it.
