You have to be prepared to haggle mate, it's part of the 'game'

As a rule take 10% off the full price including on-roads and go from there. Be ruthless, the worst that can happen is they'll say no. The salesman needs to get as much out of you as possible so won't give you their best price straight off the bat.

Shopped around all over the courty while I was traveling...

Started off with Blacklocks in Albury/Wodonga, then 3 of the Brissy dealers, then down to Melbs, then up to the GC (they can register in NSW and QLD as they are just on the border if that's an issue - same as Blacklocks in Albury/Wodonga), then finally 5 of the Sydney dealers... got it down to City Ford, Alto, one of the Melb dealers and the one at the GC.... final day ended up being between City Ford and Alto...

1 month of calls, deals, and pushing - got the F6 Rspec brand new - from a holding yard - 26km's on the clock and... well... cheaper then I have ever seen, heard or read anyone else has ever! Thanks Alto!

lets just say it was less then $55,000.00, even less then $53,000.00, but not willing to say just how low I got them...

Push, call all over the country, and just keep pushing till u get what u want for it!

My mate uses this fax method so he doesnt have to deal with anyone..

He faxes through his details and and exactly what he wants to as many dealers as he can and then just forwards on faxes til one eventually beats the others!

Maybe just do that if you feel bad.
