Started off raining and slippery as....which was kinda good because it kept a few away and since there was only about 30 of us....everybody got heaps of tracktime.... Well....nearly everybody anyway The rain had no sooner stopped, when they called a lunch break.....then straight after...a guy in an XY busted his oil cooler after clouting the tyre barrier and that took about 45 mins to clean up.... The rest of the day was spent on a dry track and it cool to be able to test my car in the wet AND the dry, back to back so to speak.....I learned a few things about the way it reacts in different situations.....the sort of things that would be silly to try out on a public road you know....for me, it was a productive day. The only downside was my cousin, who'd come down from Wyong to have a run with me and just after lunch, he comes into the pitlane with this ugly rattle coming from the engine....listening to it....I'm thinking broken piston.. So the rest of the day was spent organising how we were going to get it back to my place so we can do the post mortem....I'll knock the plugs out tomorrow and have a bit of a look....
