Great work rapid.... that looks superb. Very impressed with the SSL's; that ride height won't be a problem at all on the speed bumps at the Bowlo - so it is indeed a fine option to install. This will be taken into consideration in the coming months......

Nice kit. :spit:

By any chance your South coast run did you come down Mac Pass the through Albion Park? If so I saw you and was like a kid in a lolly shop. Great stuff

No it wasn't me. I went through Kangaroo Valley and Berry mountain. Having a bit of fun with my son in his WRX. He was :beerchug: at how well it went.

Have the second lot of pics been tampered with to enhance the colour? The colour of the other two falcons look distorted

In any case that is one beautiful bowls club courtesy car

No, they were taken with my phone camera. Not the best way to try and get decent pics.

Glad you are happy with the springs mate, all the guys were very impressed on the way the car looked!

Good to finally get to meet you pat. Certainly happy with the way it turned out. Thanks for the great service.

Took mine down to Autotech this morning to get a base dyno figure. Put down a nice 241.7 RWKW. Not a bad figure for a car with just 3,300 k's on it.

I had the 3000k service yesterday, after talking to the spare parts manager who's car is also a GET, he told me that there were actually different tunes in these cars. He had his tune put to run straight 98 and had suggested to me to try it. Someone on here may be able to shed some light on this!!

Well after picking the car up, it certainly did feel a bit more responsive so will wait and see how it goes.

After getting back from Autotech I decided to put on the V8 Cold air box that I got from FTG. Will have to see if the power has increased, which I am not that fussed about as the much smoother throttle response that has come from it is worth the money in itself. Here's a dyno sheet from today.

You just have to love these things.

AFRs look a little on the rich side for stock, what fuel were you running ?

However a custom tune should see a nice increase as there is some room to move

yeah plenty of fueling in the stock tune... but they run pretty lean on partial load/throttle which is why econ' isnt too bad on them
