I am a closet Horologist.....I collect watches with my prize being a Rolex Daytona!

Wow Plonky, a Daytona! l have been oogling one myself for a while, maybe a bit further down the track

So what else is in your collection?

l have several WIS' friends and they are nearly all into cars too, must be the universal interest in all things mechanical.

OK, A Rolex Daytona, a Wenger Swiss Miltary, a Wenger Alpine Chronometer. An MWC Chronograph Tritium, A Luminox Navy Seals x 2, a Citizen Aqualand Pro 300m, a Marathon Field Watch, a Tissot Seastar, a Flieger Titanium Chrono and an Invicta Speedmaster.

Most (if not all) have tritium illumination. The Luminox has the best as it has tritium vials not tritium paint. I did have one with radium but when the mechanism broke it wasn;t worth trying to have it fixed because the radium is radioactive :(.

I really, really want an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch! Most of my watches have NATO bands or James Bond (grey and black) NATO bands! but my best friend is sponsored by ORIS and they have some very nice watches (the one he has is a beauty!)

Save yourself grief and just go right out and get a G-Shock. They're tas deductable, indestructable and last forever. I've been using em for the 6 years I've been in the forces now.

looks all around what happened to the canary??

I had a 79XD police intercepter, worked 351, 4 speed top loader, 9" and 15 x 7 Globe mags.....whata beast......pedders suspension and NO power steering ;)

It was yellow with black trim and no badges.

I did learn all about opposite lock though :birthdaywish: traction control was wriggling ya right foot toes, ABS was "I hope I hit summin soft"

But for all that....I still wish I had kept it :iloveit: :iloveit:

When you're sliding into first and your bum's about to burst

it's diarrhoea,

When you're sliding into third and you're about to spray a tu$d

it's diarrhoea,

When you're sliding into home and you pants are full of foam,

it's diarrhoea

extract from a childs song about baseball!

I am tempted to write something about some of the uses for diarrhoea by copraphiliacs, but I can't find another word for 'lubriXXXXXXX '

(Deleted by request as this thread is now in the toilet)

Plonky, how about..........

Diarrhoe.......chi chi, Diarrhoe......chi chi

No Pain......No Strain......Just sit there

and let it drain.......

I haven't completed versus 2 & 3 yet.....

its no substitue for a good yellow like Expensive Daewoo have on the Monaro's (Hyper yellow?) It looks sensational and is a real head turner.

I don't mean to be a perfectionist, but, the monaro yellow is actually called "devil". :wwww:

I love that yellow colour, I also think ford need a green, not like citric! :wwww:

I have scanned a pic from the brochure, but I don't know how to attatch it. you guys probably don't want a Expensive Daewoo on the site anyway huh?

what about the yellow that the Mazda6 has. nice. and there was a green that the XB's used to wear. I remember seeing that colour on a Ford brochure with a GT two door wearing it and that did look nice!
