Ford had a really good yellow back on the XDs - it was called Marigold. IMO this was the best yellow I've ever seen on a car.

Also the XBs had Blaze Yellow (or Yellow Blaze?) which was very close to the colour that we think of when we say Canary Yellow.

How about 'Diarrhoea Yellow'

I love the colour yellow, but with a name like that it would be expected that the car would go like a shower of sh*t!

Silverhawk, I think you should register that colour name. " Yellow Mamba" is fantastic!!

Chrysler had a good yellow called "Top Banana"

I agree that's what's missing from the Ford colour range at the moment. The XY GTs had a great yellow called Yellow Glow. Here's a pic of my old car.

That's the one I saw at the servo! <_<

Only it was stationary, straight and not on fire.

Ha, I used to have a TE Cortina painted in Marigold. It looked ok with black windows/wheels. We used to call it the "Cheeseburger" as the orange tinge in it was close to the cheese used by Maccas.

But I agree "Yellow Mumba" sounds cool.
