Untill the RTA is actually trying to save lives and not raise money, I will continue to bag them out.

RTA = NFI

The highway patrol are now becoming armed tax collectors, more interested in raising money for the government than using common sence in policing the roads.

We need more ANPR cameras and catch the real menace on the road and that is the unroadworthy/unrego/unlicensed drivers. They are much more of a threat than people slightly exceeding the speedlimit.

There also needs to be a big shift into driver education, not the thinly disguised penalty system that has turned into a budgeted tax revenue.

ANPR is a far bigger grab for cash then then low level speeding. Most on here saying no to speed cameras, me included, on the basis of there cash cow abilities but then we have support for ANPR.

Confusing?

For Hume Fwy users, I'm not sure when this happened but the point to point sites now have TIRTL detectors, that could mean they are taking one off photos for speeding like normal cameras in conjunction with point to point.

Today Tonight is still for the lose.
