No not as yet Buzz I'm tosing up between the redback quads now... looks like a better free flowing system compare to the Xforce Quads.

Redback? First I've heard of them, but there's a first for everything.... better free flowing than Xforce...sounds interesting....let us know how you go, I may follow suit.

Cheers

Buzz

redback have been around for 20 years. and they are a good product. I would go for a mild steel over a 'thin wall' stainless system (xforce) any day.

Just out of curiosity, why would you choose mild steel over stainless??

better sound, not as tinny/ringy

if you're only keeping the car for 5 years then the mild will outlast that

It's not just a rust issue though.

The packing in them breaks down and compresses making them lose their efficiency.

Are any of these re packable? Like what is the point of paying big bucks for stainless guaranteed not to rust for life if it drops it's guts in three years.

muffler or cat?

for a cat I would go for ballistic cats - core is welded in place
