I think you'll find though that the colours that show up more dirt, look that much better when they are clean.

Given that most members here are likely 'enthusiasts' surely we'd prefer to choose a colour that looks good; I assume if we care about our cars we're not so lazy that we'd choose a colour based on ease of cleaning!

White = fridge

Silver = undercoat and couldn't afford a colour

Black = looks mint clean, but hopeless to keep clean and all dents show up like dogs balls

Blood orange = period

Blue = boring

Yellow = TAXI

Red = fads the quickest

fantasy = should stay there

EGO = Possibly the sexiest colour ever painted and an absolute chick magnet! Never looks dirty and everyone loves it!

I suspect xr6tego is a little, um, biased :)

Lightning strike can look clean from a distance but I can tell you with 4 months accumulated dirt it starts to look like crap. I paid someone to clean the bastard it was so bad!
