They aquaplane!

Brand2. Model3. DimensionsThanks245/40/18 dunlop sport max

The have worn evenly (worn a little bit more on the shoulders, my cornering technique, flat out) and the rears have worn a little more on the inside shoulders, that's my acceleration technique...Been great in the wet, and dry unless I get them spinning, then feels like you are driving on marbles..Bloody noisey on our harsh chip ashphalt roads around here. replacement cost here in NZ $429 ea, ran 38 PSI cold, 42 warm.Just getting my 245/35/19 Maxxis Z1 Victra's on Tuesday will see if they compete at $350 ea I get one free compared to the Dunslopies... Better than the Dunlops and Yoka Advans I ran on my other Phoon for about 60% of the cost. They are quiet grippy and responsive. Fantastic tyre IMHO. My front Dunlop Sports MAX still had 50% tread so I left them on for a week and then decided to put the Marangoni's on the front as well. I could definately notice another lessening of noise and an improvement in the front end traction. Edited 08/08/09 04:57 AM by hypnodoc
