What a sensational week in Motorsport.

News just in is Michael Shcumacher will replace Massa at Ferarri till Massa is fit to return.

My money is on Schumacher firstly beating Raikkonnen at every race till the end of the year, and he could possibly get a podium at the very next Grand Prix. The blokes 40 years old now, and hasnt driven the new car as yet. But I reckon he will still have what it takes to win.

Watch out Webber.

I would love to see him kick some ass but the bloke has been out it for too long to just start winning as soon as he's back.

He's my favorite driver and I will sure be watching more of F1 now but and hoping he even fights for the championship (even though I know that will not happen).

I wonder what will happen in the end in terms of the championship, you have those few drivers up on top but so far none of them deserve to win, none have actually stood out, button has for those few early races but it seems others have caught up.

I don't think Schumi will be too unfamiliar with the current car, he still does some cunsultant testing and would be very aware of the set-up.

Won't surprise me if he is very competitive, although I guess the interesting thing will be his fitness and how well he holds up at the end of the races.

Of course they will check he's fitness and I can imagine he will undergo some pretty serious training and a lot of time in the car before the first race. I can't wait for the race...

I think Shuey will be on the pace instantly. Dont forget up until Feburary he was racing in the German Superbike Championship till he came off and hurt his neck. He wasnt packleader but for a 40 year old and a relatively inexpierienced bike racer, he was certainly competitive.

He hasnt driven a F1 car at a track since the end of 2008, but he has driven the new car more then anyone on the Ferarri simulator in Italy.

I bet he finishes higher then his team mate, Raikkonnen, at every race from now till the end of the year.

Ive never supported Schumacher, but as a 40 year old and on this return I certainly want to see him do well. At least Webber will be able to say "I beat Schumacher to a world title!"

He hasn't driven a F1 car in 15 month and hasn't ever driven the current car.

Due to testing bans he can't drive the car in a lap situation until practice of the next race. The only thing they can do is straight line tests.

He certainly won't win but I think he'll do as well as Ferrari have been. World class drivers just have a feel for a car so the lack of testing shouldn't be a huge problem.
