Ok fella's here are some pics, still love the car to bits, very nice bit of kit. Love the blue fleck in the paint when clean, nice touch.

For those who have not read this comparison/review/road test between:

Ford G6E Turbo

Jaguar XF 4.2

Mercedes E500

http://www.wheelsmag.com.au/wheels/site/ar...n&pagenum=1

Makes me smile every time I read it.

"What it gets down to is this: even with access to large amounts of money, you’d still be wise to choose the XF V8 and save $30,000 over the Merc. Or perhaps opt for performance, and buy the XF SV8 for similar money to the Benz. But the objective reasons not to save a six-figure sum and buy the excellent G6E Turbo are few, and anybody in the market for luxury and performance who ignores this car is crazy."

Enjoy the pics.

Pete

Good stuff...any pics of the bowls hat and walking frame? Did you get the colour-coded cardigan with yours?

Yet to read a bad review on the suckers to be honest.

A small amount of painting (the grilles) and a different set of wheels, sure makes them look less grandpa spec

Smackers what are those wheels?

They are ANZ Velvet rims with Sumitomo HTR Z111 tyres. 19"x8" with 245/35/19 tyres

I really wanted a staggered fitment but couldnt justify the cost of the rims and tyres I wanted (and the other hassle of not being able to rotate tyres front to back etc).....especially as the G6ET is my daily drive car and does 600-900kms a week.

I got through tyres fairly quickly, my stockers only last just on 10000kms (yes I was giving it hell, especially after the fitment of the LSD)
