HDR is used to accentuate contrast. Three or more exposures are taken, one at neutral value then an even number of shots both under and over exposed and then they are all stacked. The result is the computer screen displays a representation of how the scene looked the human eye, which is capable of seeing a far greater range of contrast than an screen can display. When processed in a program like photomatix you can dramatise the effect and get results like Matty's photo.

dont worry about the non photography people!

can you do an outside pic of the car to show that affect again?

LOL. Hdr's are cool if its not exaggerated too much. Too much just ruins it imo. Gotta know when to stop and recognise when it looks sh*t

Marty's bay is farkin awesome. Just an awesome car all over. Always liked that beast.
