I recon it looks alright id keep em on... they wont always stay that bright, giv it a few weeks n they will go darker..

and if u dont like them just rotate your tyres so the walls are on the inside, instead of buying new tyres lol..

or u can scrub them off with paint thinners, but takes awhile...ive done it to an old set of whitewalls that faded..

Straight down to your nearest drift track and get to work on those tyres; the sooner you wear them out and replace them the better. However, on a positive note, I'm sure it was a good idea the time but with the benefit of retrospect I'm sure you will reconsder these types of thoughts in the future...

fordriver1 you in perth?

if so, ill give you the details of the guy who can do it.

it cost me a carton of corona in total for the 4 wheels.

"standard" colours tend to be cheaper than more "exotic" colours such as fluro blue.

but its like $15 extra

ive heard you can rolls of the vinyl (red stuff) from supercheap for $5 a roll.

my stuff is better quality, and lasts for up to 8 years, unless you peel it off before then.

but for $5 its worth giving it a go

A friend of mine has white walls on his old school cruiser, he said that you cant use foam tyre shine cause it eats away the paint????

maybe worth a crack before tossing out a perfectly good set of dunlops......

the guy that did my redwalls put a permanent tyre shine on- I never had to put any on for the life of the tyre- they ALWAYS look shiny black.
