a 4 point harness is required if your car goes under 12 or over 110mph..which ever comes first, 5 point harness is needed with speeds of 130mph and over. 4 point roll cage needed if under 11 also along with fire suit/gloves and much more but cbf typing lol

At this stage I will be going to the drags on sat, getting a service done tomorrow and will have fresh oil in the transmission also so am looking forward to my maiden voyage!

I dare say I will run over 110mph so do you think they will kick me off straight away as I dont have a 4 point harness?

Only want to do 3 runs max anyway, just to get an idea of the MPH for Dave.

yeah they'll let you keep going - 110 is not a hard mark to get in these cars

About 330rwkw and auto with standard convertor. Running Federal 595rsr's which are a track tyre and pretty grippy (atleast onroad they are).

that's good they'll let me keep running for the night.

nice..providing they hav prep'd the track somewhat (which I doubt they hav/will) I'd say u would b looking at around the 11.8ish mark at about 117ish mph once u master your launches....but if the track is the same as it was towards the end of last year, u will b spinning up until 100km/h or more like myself and I was running MT 275's semi slicks at 12-14psi......

Have heard the track was worse than the road for grip at street meets!

Need MPH mainly but any 12sec pass would be nice.
