Nothing you can do really.

That's why you follow the ebay system. At least you've then got a course of action.

Did you go through ebay? as in - complete ebay's checkout? did you pay via Pay Pal?

If you purchased it without going through ebay, your in trouble unless you paid via Pay Pal, which you can get your money back by filing a claim through Pay Pal. Pay Pal then messages the seller for proof of delivery, if no proof. Pay Pal takes money from seller and gives it back to you. Hopefully

I'm a power seller on ebay, and will always go through ebay even if the buyer prefers not to. Covers your ass and mine also :B):

How was the seller posting it to you? Courier? Registered Mail? This can also help too, you can track it down if it was sent

You can get police involved. If it's an australian bank you have more luck.

My uncle lost like 1 grand the other week buying a motor bike from over seas. The guy was dodgy!

I'm all over this...

Looking at his past items shows a set of wheels. It in are drag pics. I've found the car in the pics from the last AFF Heathcote drag day...

Now I have to do is find the user. Perhaps try contacting AFF and ask who owns car numb 189 at that meet.

I'll keep looking.
