Pay Pal then messages the seller for proof of delivery, if no proof. Pay Pal takes money from seller and gives it back to you. Hopefully I'm a power seller on ebay, and will always go through ebay even if the buyer prefers not to. Covers your ass and mine also How was the seller posting it to you? Courier? Registered Mail?
