The is a great cinema, you could take a couple of handlines a small tackle box and fish of one of ther many jetties. Believe it or not there is a heap to do down there. Yiou get on it and make my Druggies thread more intersting to.Scotty

It's so picturesque and serene....MateThe shopping centre at Drankstone is amazing, its a mixture of rich Mt Eliza people and outright Frankstone Bogans, probably more typical ten years ago when I used to hang out there thatn now, Maybe not.Still the best people watching spot around Scotty. Hours of freaky weird and slightly offputting entertainment. I never picked you for a Franga boy though dude.OP: The shopping centre will be your best bet regardless mate. There's plenty of sh*t to do around there.Go to Daveys for a pub meal and a few beers then go see The Hangover at the cinemas.

Years later when posted to Pucka had a GF lived on the morningtom Peninsula. Used to frequent Frankstone nightspots for about six mounts and now my sister and parents live on Mornington Peninsula. It is a unique spot indeed. Wouldnt want to catch the train to and from work though.Scotty

Member 578 Member For: 19y 1m 4d Gender: Male Location: CQ Posted 04/07/09 01:06 PM Share Posted 04/07/09 01:06 PM Ok, I'm getting my car tuned on Wednesday at PitLane and I have to leave my car there all day. Can someone tell me what I can do for 8 hours in Frankston? It's a 2 hour drive for me so going home is out of the question. When I spoke to Pitlane they said I can't hang around there.Swine flu is pritty cool I heard

Hmmmm...Having said that though, if you're even a little bit savvy (eg. don't get yourself in to bad situations unless you've got more mates than they do and don't make eye contact with the speedfeaks unless they're really skinny) you'd have to be unlucky to get into toooo much strife when you're kickin' around town on weekend nights. There's f*ckin' cops EVERYWHERE anyway.Edit: On second thoughts... I felt obliged to edit and add something that just sprung to mind whilst talking about the weekend.Last weekend I was standing at the night counter of a servo on the Nepean at about 11:30 Saturday night. And while I was buying my ciggies, I suddenly hear a SCREEEEEEEECH of tyres getting closer really fast. As I turned around an old Range Rover comes skidding in, locked up to f*ck, mounts the curb which sends the car flying airborne over the footpath and the little concrete bit at the edge of the servo. The car landed just as it smashed off the bollard that protects the bowser from just such an incident (thank f*ck) and he bounced off that, off the curb again and skidded to a stop nose into the Ice box...The driver jumped out lookin' all of 18 and was so obviously higher than farrrk and he answers our call of "WTF!?!?" with "just grabbin' some milk" !I was having a pretty good night before that so it's hard to say what my eyes looked like as it happened but I would imagine something like Took me about 3 hours to fully get over that one.Damn, maybe Dags does know what time it is lol.
