1.70 ltr kinding me they bring e10-e85 out to make it cheaper.......

Long story, but Ethanol is only cheaper to mix with petrol, at the moment, because the tax on ethanol is less than petrol.

Over the next few years, the tax increases gradually to eventually match the petrol excise.[ Govt. doesn't what to subsidize ethanol for too long and lose $$]

At current petrol prices, ethanol is dearer to produce than petrol.[ remember that subsidy]

High Oil Barrel prices is the only way ethanol can be competitive on price.

No its not more than petrol WRONG

Well petrol should be less than 20c a litre because we are helping these big companies get rid of there toxic waist from making sh*tty plastics etc . anyway

If we make it from the correct crops its works out alot cheaper. corn 200-400gallons a acre a year hemp 4500 gallons an acres a year sugar cane 1000-1200 sugar beats 1200 + cumbungy grass thypha or cattails 2500 + gallons an acre a year

oh grain is pretty damn low too not sure but its less than sugarcane less than corn.
