its possible, but you wouldnt want the inlet directly facing outwards, youd be sucking all sorts of foreign sh*t into the filter... youd wanna clean it out weekly pretty much.

somewhere behind the foglight is a good spot, which is why most aftermarket under headlight cai's do th same thing.

I have the behind foglight CAI and no light in, good ram air effect. I do want a grille to cover the hole though but cant think of anything..

I seen a pic on here a long time ago of a T with the lefthand foglight removed and some of that silver autobarn mesh trimmed to fit the hole, at a quick glance you dont notice it a great deal.

Or another option would be leaving your foglight in place and extending it say about 10cm more low and having it suck the air thru under the bumper. My mate had done this and he has tried many many things and was able to get the better results with this technique. IMO I'd do that... Goodluck with it though...
