if you put more boost in it more than likely your timing will have to come down as it could possibly ping,not sure how many k,s you have on the new engine,but mine freed up after 5000ks and made 30 more kw,s

Mate sorry to hear, I scored a BA phoon motor when I was doing my apprenticeship, blew the crown out of number 5 piston, Its been sitting under my oldies house since I finished my time and got a better job to buy a house, now that's done Im pricing up all the goods to rebuild it, If your not going to build it yourself, the atomic bottom end is definately the way to go, If you still want a hand, Im keen to help wip that motor out, if you supply the tools,plane ticket, a couch for the night and some booze I will be there, Im 600km north in Gladstone....haha

Hey mate im in berkshire park just threw a rod through my block 70mm hole and crack from head bolts to bottom of sump was only running 16 psi 315rwkw seen you round the traps nice phoon
