If I ever get a kit like this I'd be doing the same. Wish the rubber joiners were black. All this kit needs is the PW crossover and a decent under batter air intake.

Still for $570 it is a bargain :spoton: ............plus I like the idea of having the top grill I/C free so that some fresh air can get to the radiator.

do you need to get a tune after fitting these coolers?

I am getting a custom tune but I am putting all the hardware on my self then get a custom tune, I have a flash tuner with a generic tune on it would that fix any temporary issues with overboosting if I don't drive it hard while I get the custom tune organised?

Some cars overboost with a cooler change, some don't. Its always a good idea to have the car tuned asap after intake and especially major exhaust mods. Fit all your gear and just stay off boost until its tuned, the generic tune may do more harm than good if its only configured for a stock car...

no worries I will fit the cooler the day before I get the car booked in at the tuners. Yea I hate generic tunes, they do more harm than good I reckon. Thanks for the help

Supersh#t sell Black silicone joiners for about $ 11. You only need 5 of them.

Having the top of the grill is a bonus I can now instal my PWR trans cooler there.

Olso if you buy off the same seller on Ozition, as I did, it's $10 cheaper cause his fees are lower than ebay!
