It took me about an hour to get it out but longer to put it back in as there is a bolt on either side of the car near the top hinge that is a bastard to get in. A couple of suggestions though, the 6mm allen is actually a 5mm, and when your an idiot like me and forget to plug the HIM in, you can get to the plugs by taking the glove box out. Pics would have helped, but the instructions were so clear it didn't really matter.
