Decided to get them looked at. Well the brake shudder is gone after having the rotors machined and the handbrake is fine now. But now I have two other problems that weren't there before the service. The brakes squeak like crazy after they get warm and the squeak is there even if I'm not using the brakes. Second, the occasional vibration through the steering when moving at slow speeds like parking (again common prob with T's I hear), is there almost all the time now when turning a corner or doing a U-turn. The workshop said the only thing that they did apart from machining the discs and adjusting the handbrake was that they put my almost new tyres from the back to the front cos the fronts were worn a bit. They said the power steering needs a rebuild kit.Any clues on these?

As in just the park brakes rubbing?

Sounds like a fun way to fix a problem. The cost is good too.Yeah, I think the squealing of the brakes is from the rear as far as I can tell. Maybe its that the parking brake was overtightened? Especially if your a BA! Just do the front if your tight. Squeaking/squealing brakes is common when upgraded but if they are doing there job then its not a problem unless your pads are worn out.I.B.
