RAP1D Member Donating Members 3,739 Member For: 18y 8m 18d Gender: Male Location: Sydney NSW Posted 15/07/09 11:54 PM Share Posted 15/07/09 11:54 PM Its more so a combination of boost and timing through the midrange... in the early days, some of the excitable tuners pumped loads of boost and timing into BA motors, and heaps broke rods befor they hit 300kws... tuning has come along way since those days, so I doupt many of you have much to worry about now.Low to Mid 300s from 15psi is the norm these days, and should be safe when used with good intercooling/fuel/exhaust and common sense.
