I have a 2004 BA XR6T with premium sound 5 speed manual (bummer about the T5) but that's a diffeent issue

Does the stereo make a difference as to what instrument cluster goes into the car?

Is that a hi or low ?

Or am I being a dumb ass and its just a xr cluster if so whats the go with hi and low ?

and xr dash is an xr dash. id say if it had to be something I'd be high.

but there isnt such a thing. there is differant specs in the audio system (icc) however.

I guess he's thinking in terms of the AU clusters?

From BA onwards each model has it's own cluster, with different calibrations for the speedo and differing layouts etc. They all essentially do the same thing though.

The reason I ask is, on ebay yo always see xr6 xr6t xr8 and FPV dash cluster up for sale and sellers are always sayin hi or low series.

I just wanted the knowlage as to what they were talking about

prob just trying to increase the chances of sucking a buyer in mate

fpv dash has like 1 grand more on the tacho and says fpv instead of xr

cut if not an fpv y would u want it right!
