Piping gets very complicated, but I cant see Leigh having any dramas there.We used to do TT's on Eseries fords years ago, spool up on similar turbos was instant, the only draw back with the small turbos is they choke top end as the motor cant breath and pass enough air through the small exhaust housings... but using the small ones to get started and tweak the base system is a good idea, see where they choke the motor and figure out a sizing for the next turbos.Should be very responsive and powerfull when fully sorted!
