The chassis.... the factory earth is rediculously small and will not fow the current that your amp requires as well as all the engine, computer, lights and other accessories.... It is also good practice to replace the Earth from the battery -> chassis and Chassis -> Engine... The bigger the better... Just my 2 cents..
