If so you should be able to reinsert, only thing I have really heard of is the fact that it will try and reprogram itself setting levels and such. Happened to a mate had to take to Ford to reprogram or something, didnt happen to me when I did it though. I have a custom tune on mine and have disconnected it heaps of times. It clears the Keep Alive Memory (KAM), but that's about it. I have an xcal 3.
