I've done a search and can't find the answer. I have Plazmaman Piping now with 25mm BOV pipe and 25mm return. I have fitted the stock BOV up to the pipework, it all looks and works fine. I'm running 12psi.

Question is why do people upgrade thier BOV if they are intending on just plumbing it back? The stock one seems fine for that job. Would I see any benefit in putting on a 25mm Plazmaman BOV plumbed back?

The only reason I can think of is to vent more air back into the intake to reduce the flutter with the adjustable spring tension. Plus the Bosch unit is pretty cheap and has leaked before, so I guess a solid well built and adjustable unit like the Plazmaman one provides a better alternative :gaypost:

Good to see the pipes rocked up :gaypost:

The Bosch Bov tends to fail at higher boost levels, but should be fine a 12psi.

Dont forget the pics once you get it all in.

I put them in last night. Frickin tight fit. All seems to be fine. Plazmaman site reckon it gives ya 15psi hmmm I wonder if I got the extra 10 to get to 300. Only pipes left to replace are the hotside. I'll post pics soon.

yup not much room around the steering pump.

just keep an eye on the hose clamps near the radiator hose they can rub.
