Im looking to get a boost and oil gauge, not really interested in mounting them on the top of the dash. The only other spot I can think of is the console near the shifter, under the cd player. Has anyone else mounted them there? I would get one with a alarm, so no need to look at all the time.

This is just a boost gauge but I will be adding a oil temp soon. When I add the oil temp I will move the boost to the middle and put the oil temp where the boost is now, with then both slightly angled towards the driver.

If I feel really adventurous I will make some type of panel to stop anything falling in behind them. Probably out of perspex with the back side painted matt black.

Boost gauge is only there for launches on 1/4 runs and oil temp will be there for just to keep on eye on things when I get a little excited on track days....

You don't need to constantly monitor the gauges just a quick glance to see where the needle is pointing....

Yup I dont think you need to constantly watch the gauges, more of a distraction from the road if anything. I just want oil pressure and boost guages to check out every now and again.

Jimmy are those gauges 52mm and are they sitting in a gauge holder or are they a nice fit without a gauge holder ?

The manual says they are 71mm the outer dress ring and 60mm body. Yes I am using the gauge holder.

I am also going to add a button in the spare spot on the dash under the fog light button, so I can turn the light off at night..when cruising it can be a bit distracting.
