well im having trouble stopping as is, so I dont want the aps phase II kit on befor I get brakes(aps deposit paid getting fitted in around 3 weeks).

I would like Front and rear spending about 3000 on front and 2000 on rear, anyone heard any news from Brembo on a posible upgrade. I tell u Ford should be made to put the premium jobs in for no more than what it would cost to option them, I asked a service mechanic and he said it would cost around 6000 to have the upgrade done now!!

I spoke to Competition Friction yesterday, to put a grooved 330mm disc (basically the same look as mine, but smaller and 1 piece), and a 4 piston AP Racing calliper on the front end would cost approx $2800. This includes all brackets and braided lines. This set up WILL fit under a 17in wheel.

Hope this helps.....

Don't waste your money on rears unless you're doing serious track work or 'cos you like the look of 'em. The advantage is minimal.

Yeah, comp friction were the guys who gave me the details on the AP Racing kit listed above. I think they're based in Canberra?

No, not quite in Canberra, Murrumbateman to be exact! About 20 mins outside of the ACT. These blokes are very good when it comes to brakes, that is who I got all my gear through. I highly recommend them.

cost 3500. just the fronts. I was told that upgrading the front would be enough, although I would like to get the backs done too but the phase 2 aps kit will be comming first! will post pics when I get them and again once I fit them. thanks for the help everyone.

fitted my new brakes on saterday, and wow, she stops beatifully.

no matter how hard I brake and how frequently they work just as good everytime, but I am noticing a small amount of nose diving due to standard rears.

heres a pic comparing the old with the new
