I'm just regurgitating here as I've never got around to fixing my driveline clunk but...

I think the general consensus is that the crappy Ford parts are still the best option overall.

There's an aftermarket version but it creates more noise/vibration/harshness and could possibly lead to the next weakest link failing (bolt or diff plate, can't remember).

If you don't care about comfort and just want strength you could get the Fulcrum (I think??) bush, hi tensile bolt and Mal Wood strengthened diff plate.

The bolt should definitly be replaced - mine failed before the bush did.

Superpro make a replacement bush but there is a reason why the stock one is soo soft... the driveline clunk is amplified with a decent bush in there.

Mines a manual and I treat it hard so I put up with the clunk.

I have a fulcrum, makes a little more noise. I.e. sort of sounds like the exhasut is making a little more noise! Anyway I had a replacement bolt supplied but it was too long so but th ford bolt back in.

hey mate here is the link to the part http://203.31.191.243/fulcrumCat/ if that doesnt work the part number is SPF2654K for a BA and SPF3232K for a BF as they are different.

I brought the bush from my local burnsons store it cost me $60, uhm not to sure if you need a wheel aligment because I droped the whole diff onto the ground so I didnt play with the adjustments, but I lowered my car at the same time so yes I did get one. I dont understand why the nothalene bush kit and that are way more expansive, ive been told this is the best bush to replace with and its the cheapest, the best quote I could get on another bush was $150, unless I could have replaced with a ford on for $67. hope this helps..
