they sound the same as on a manual, you just dont get the noise unless you lift off the throttle to simulate the manual gear change...

I had the factory bov vented for about a year after I first got my car.

then I got over the sound that it made everytime you bloody took your foot off the throttle.

driving in traffic it really pissed me off.

now I dont run a bov at all, much prefer the sound it makes without 1.

Mines an auto too and I've got it set up to flutter. Much prefer the sound and being an auto it doesn't go off every gear change, but when I want it to I just snap off the throttle and it's like music to my ears! If I drove a manual I wouldn't have it set up this way coz it would definatly give me the sh*ts.

they should awesome on an auto with some power behind it.............. scare the bajesus out of people driving by or walking on the street, at least mine does :spoton:

HAHA yeh, Im pritty sure that's what they were intended for... or something along those lines. I love it going by and just letting go of throttle on my car, people walking by ALWAYS turn there head and look!
