can anyone confirm exactly what year and trans are affedvted by lowering an FG ute?? I've got my eye on an 09 auto that's already been lowered..

yer whats the go with the rear end on the utes? I had no idea about this 1 to 2 peice thing ford did. :dontknow:

oh WRECKU are they xr6 na wheels on your ute? where are your 18inch turbo rims?

As far as I know only the auto's suffered from weak rear ends? Don't how it works so don't ask. Something like everything after BA S1 had 2 piece driveshaft? And lowering made it worse?

All the info is here somewhere you just gotta look for it.

I drive a 2010 auto sedan so not my problem.. lol

It's just early fg's, and they replace it with a bf2 tailshaft.
