This particular model has a camera on it mate.

And I'm sure it would solve most of your problems.

Seriously though, that's bull sh*t. Nobody should have to live like that.

If you weren't about to have a child, I would suggest gathering up the boys and sorting the *beep* out, once and for all.

But that's obviously not an option for you.

Sad to say, but I would get out of there as soon as I could. :(

James that really sucks! Sorry to hear the issues your having mate! I bought a while ago a device that you can plug in up to 4 cameras to your PC. Swan seems to have a really good range of products.

Cheers

Thanks for all the info guys. Yeah its been a crazy time round here.

I can now say I have vacuumed the outside of my car. I am sure not many can say that.

There was glass EVERYWHERE. In the door seals at the tops of the door and fine glass like dust all over it.

Nice big ding in the top of the boot and a nasty scratch/gouge in the rear window.

I am not getting it fixed either as I would be out of pocket $450 (insurance excess) and could really use that money right now.

So I will look into the cams a bit more and fit some roller shutters to the front windows as a start I think.

Also if anyone has a sticker advertising their business they would want to put on the back of my car to cover the damaged glass let me know and we can work something out.

Thanks again guys.

Cheers

James

:beerchug: that's gold ghosti!

No good about the neighbours Maximus, as others have said, if you rent you should start looking at moving to a nicer area for sake of your family

you need a special camera to see numberplates.

Its hard to know what to do with scum buckets like this. The best thing is to spend a bit on cameras and catch them in the act. If they cause damage then take them to court (small claims/cheap) and get a judgement against them. If they rent contact the owner and there is a chance you could get them evicted.

If you suspect any illegal activity in the house (any drugs), then call the cops everytime something happens.

They will target your car. Best thing to do is hide your car and get an old bunker. If they damage that its not as bad but you can still claim for damages should you get it on film.

I can recommend Mobotix cameras if you want the best.

The only problme is that neighbours could get worse if they see you putting in cameras.

It might be worth discussing it face to face with some audio/video descreatly recording the conversation.

You may get them to tell you why they are being scumbags or admit to the crime. Generally people have a reason (even dumb ones) for harrassing you.

If you confront them with an offer to try to sort out the situation, then it may get resolved permenantly. Try being the better person by trying to difuse the situation, rather than living in fear and trying to record the next event.

I would hate to be in your situation, but I am sure there is a way to solve the problem without violence or further expense.

That's sad to hear, and puts your family in a horrible position. I'm not sure if I should suggest getting 'the lads' & sorting them out or going down the diplomatic route...

F*ck it, that's BS, no one should have to live in fear like that - I say bash 'em.

I dunno guys. Just finishing off things around the house now and will put it up for sale.

Better that that someone getting hurt, me or them.

My car is now down the side of the house behind the gate but not undercover.

Hopefully that will stop more damage.

The forensic police came round yesterday but couldn't get prints off the bottle.

One said we should just move if its that bad and the other said to do stuff to them and make them move.

Thing is, I know if I do something to them I will get in trouble. Its always the case.

WE have decided to NEVER call the police again if they are doing stuff as we now know the consequences.

I have never in my life wished someone harm but I do hope bad things happen to these pricks.

Still looking at cameras as I can take them with me to the next house.

Will head down to OZSPY next friday and see what they reccomend.

Zap I will look into those cameras.

As far as I know that is illegal :-)
