The 'normal' service schedule is in the owners handbook.

The handbook furthermore specifies increased service frequency in 'severe operating conditions'... which the handbook implies is day to day driving in city traffic...

My opinion FWIW at 40K km

change

Oil

Oil Filter

Coolant (use highest concentration of Ford OEM coolant as specified in handbook)

Brake fluid (Dot 4+/Super Dot 4)

Auto Transmission

LSD fluid include Ford' stipulated additives

Fuel Filter

Pollen Filter

Tighten

Retighten Turbo Bolts (as per handbook)

Retighten Chassis and suspension bolts

Heat shields

Inspect and Advise

Brake wear yada yada

Regards,

AA

There isn't a 40k service. Service intervals are 15k.

The pollen filter is behind the glove box, but it's not a standard item so the car might not have one.

from Ellery's:

manifold to engine: 27Nm

manifold to turbo, stud: 27Nm

manifold to turbo, nut: 55Nm

manifold to heatshield: 20Nm

Is there only 4 bolts to tighten? I need to do this for my 90 000 service and any tips you can pass on would be great.
