Google it also.I use a program called photomatix.You should have three images from the same point in three different exposures.one normal, one overeposed and one underexposed and then you merge all three images together it will depend on how much over and under they arewith how dramatic the effect is.You can also do it off a single image (as my 2 above where) by adjusting the levels on photoshop before merging the images.Does that make sense?? I think I'm slowly starting to get the hang of it. I need to work on halo control a bit more, but it's starting to come together...Even the iPhone 4 does a decent job of it...
