Hey guys,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section I wasn't really sure where to put it. I know this is a long shot but I thought I should give it a go.

I'm a final year Mechanical Engineering Student, at QUT Brisbane. As a part of our final semester we have to undertake a project in something related to Mechanical Engineering and that we have an interest in. The project doesn't have to be huge, as a guide we have to work on it for about 3 days a week. Due to my obvious interest in XR6T, I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to put me on for a project. If related to research and development any discoveries made are own by the company and the university has no rights to them. I've had experience in fluids dynamics and pressure system and also in manufacturing systems. Any suggestions would be muchly appreciated. I can email you my resume if required. Thanks

Dale

Yeah I have heard the same thing from a family friend that used to race in the V8 Supercars (I won't mention the name). The project I'm more looking for something in the way of research and development so I'm hoping this would not be affected. Thanks for your response.

The project I did many many years ago at Uni was an underwater camera surveillance system mounted to an electric 4x4 type remote car that films river beds and lakes.

That sounds really interesting, was it fund by a company or yourself?

Yes the Uni is involved in SAE but I'm doing a Management second major and they have a major specifically for Motorsport so I cannot join the team.

Thanks for your input
