ebay usually has a listing, but I just looked at and couldnt find any? :stirthepot:

you could make some up yourself out of 1mm flat bar. heres a picture:

its the little silver one at the bottom

arent there already heavy spring washers under the manifold bolts though? I havent had any issues with these loosnening on my car...

how about belleville washers?

none of those work too well, due to the amount of expansion/ contraction from the massive heat.

the g lock tabs arent effected by this.

just take off the heat shields and go over all of the bolts. I added spring washers to mine and they seem to be working ok so far...

the only issue you will come up against is tightening the flange bolt next to the actuator.. does anyone have and advice on how to get to this bolt?
