As for the floor it will be steel checker plate . I just had a jarrah tray on my last tray . Look good for a week and the start to discolour and warp/move . Then every couple months they need adjuting back into place resanding and re oiling . Absolute nightmare to maintain. Im not the kind of bloke that will settle for ok ,so what ever I end up doing it will look great.
