hey has any body out there had a respray on there BA or BF utes yet the bloke who had it b4 me must of done a few highway k's and got stone chips all over the front cabin section just woundering how much it would be 2 paint the front cab not the rear style side part? any one done this or got a good idea?

mines just been in smash and insuance company was charged 2.3K to respray exerything except doors and roof

doesnt seem pricey at all to me.... I've seen resprays hit excess of 6k for a same colour rub and paint... quality paintwork doesnt come cheap...

haha I agree, I would never pay that price, but people do.. having been in the industry (panel beater) I worked in smash repairs and restorations, and some prices for bare metal resprays would make a grown man cry....

yeah, but people don't see the amount of work involved in doing a high quality job, with high quality materials, a lot of paints can be very expensive, and time to rub down and prep can be a long process...
