After possibly being the longest memeber to actually not have a xr6 (doh) im finally looking at an xr6t. Have been keeping my eyes open for a while and have found the below car

http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/privat...rbo&trecs=1

It is really well optioned but does have higher km's than I would have liked for the coin im prepared to spend. If a car is serviced on time is 76,000kms really that much for these engines?

Im going to find out the build date, can anybody confirm oficially when the typhoon engines were put in all xr6t's? I thought it was the end of April 06?

Any thoughts/comments on the car? the pictures are over exposed would have to see in the flesh to decide if I like the colour.

thanks :beerchug:

thought the price was not too bad as a starting point... have been looking for a few months, not a huge amount around atm. should have snapped up a black optioned 06 with only 45xxx km's. have had a black car before, they look amazing but only where they are clean and are a bitch to look after.

not planning to mod at this stage (im sure that idea will not last too long) so the typhoon bottom end would be preffered but is not a must!

typhoon bottom end came in in June 06.

You should be able to get a lower km one for the same or less money but I doubt with the same options.

I disagree it comes down to location, if that car were in SA it would be snapped up and would be a dam bargain

I think the km's are decent that's only 25k kms a year most people would do that

just wondering if the sat nav is actually worth it, does anybody have built in sat nav?

what software does it run (ie tom tom, where is etc)?

have searched, some have said its pretty much a piece of :pooh: on a bf1

can the software be updated with latest maps, more importantly can it be cracked and done for free
